7 in other traditions is not a good sign because of how 7 points downward; thus, considered as bad luck.
However, the code 777 means gaining a lucky streak. 777 is the code for abundance, blessings and material rewards. It is about reaping the rewards of your personal soul alignment.
There are three timelines that are possible for each person.

First, 2023 is all about the starting point of your lucky streak. Since it is a single digit, this means that it is the beginning stage of your journey towards accomplishing a certain mission/vocation. This mission will not be completed by 2023 but there will be great strides in what you want to accomplish.
If you are actively doing your soul mission and you completely feel aligned to what you are doing already, there will be a big project or mission that you have been wanting to do related to your work. Again, I want to emphasize that It will be something BIG; something that cannot be completed so quickly because it require a lot of work through possible collaborations and partnerships. You will be able to get the ball rolling by 2023 with CLEAR progress. You will start to make a lasting mark. You will be proud of what you will be able to begin.

Next, for those who are still “floating” or unsure about their purpose in life or distracted by social pressure, fears and other unnecessary things, the universe will start to take away more of the people, places, things and situations no longer aligned to you. It will be a very difficult time for those who always wants a sense of control. Remember that CONTROL comes from the EGO. If you are the type of person who wants everything specifically planned, strategized, mapped out or you want everything happening your way, be prepared to get thrown into a tornado. 2023 will be a year of changes and the best way to deal with it is to keep an open palm. Let things flow as it goes. Be ready to let go and re-arrange your life to fit what your soul blueprint dictates.

Lastly, those who are completely jammed and glued to the old paradigm, 3rd dimensional mindset, beliefs and structures will experience so many dense emotions such as fear, pains of death, sorrow, grief, heartache, anger and many more. You will also be surrounded with people in the same situation. In 2023, you will be in what I call the collapsing dimension. The 3rd dimension is already 70% collapsed at this point in time and next year will complete its demise. And so, the lowest dimension will be the 4th dimension. All humans vibrating on lower emotions 85% to 100% of the day will be easily accessible to 4th dimensional entities like energy vampires, malevolent elementals and demons. More instances of entity possessions will ensue and so expect to see many people who seem to act in a barbaric, strange or unhinged way in a snap. It will be as if they are no longer the people you used to know. Realize that some people may no longer be in full control of their vessel.
2023 is the YEAR OF BEGINNINGS AND ENDINGS.
